or should I say no pin problem. a steeler friend sheered off the pin that the string hooks on to. what is the best and easist way to have it fixed. it happened before on another string. they used laser to cut the old one out, then installed a new pin.THANKS BOB |

The pins are quite hard to drill out. You can take the changer finger out, and then find a machine shop with an EDM and have them burn it out, or...you can usually just drill another hole below where the pin broke off, and insert a new one. |
