I have had a lot of people text and email me about me being retired.I'm not really retired, I'm just not going to play for a while. That being said, how long will it be ...I don't know, but a few months for sure.A loooooooooooong vacation is needed for me and my wife Saran! _________________ 2006 Msa S-12 “milly” 8 & 5 1976 Msa D-10 Classic 8 & 6

Good for you Junior! I retired from my day job almost two years ago, but I'm only retired from playing until/unless someone calls me for a gig. |

Junior my old pal, I understand totally.
As you may have heard, I left Gary P. Nunn's band back in April. Not that I don't love my oldest pal GPN's music, but he was traveling 3 or 4 days a week... every week. I live alone now and at 68 that's just too much time away from home when there's stuff I want to do back at the house that's gotta get done.
Rose Sinclair told me "don't say you're retired, because no one will call you!" So I just say that I'm "off the road" and just playing locally. I suggest you do the same. You'll get plenty of work.
Uh... What was Jeff Woolsey's phone number again? _________________ My rig: Infinity and Telonics.
Son, we live in a world with walls, and those walls have to be guarded by men with steel guitars. Who's gonna do it? You? You, Lt. Weinberg? |
