I use the SE9 sweetener on this tuner. Should I keep it on 440.00 I mean is that standard or do I need to change that to play in bands or with tracks? Thank you.

Tune your Es with pedals up or pedals down?
I like the 0E9.

SE9 is the Newman E9th Sweetener at 442.5Hz.

Its what I use on my Franklin. I used to use a custom OE9 with the old Peterson tuner but when I got the new one I tried the SE9 (and SC6) and found out they worked. I've used these for two years.

I have custom E9th that have almost everything (opens and pedals/knees) in one program. Keeps from switching. The only thing that is not in my E9th is the 4th string lowers to Eb and the 4th string raise to F#. There are already F# and Eb open strings that are tuned to different numbers so those have to be in a separate program. Same way with the C6th, everything (opens and pedals/knee levers) except the 3rd string lower to B. The 3rd program has the E9th F# and Eb plus the C6th B tunings.

My E9th program contains raising the 1st string a full tone, 2nd string a half tone, lowering the 5th string a full tone (and split) an lowering the 6th string a full tone (and split) that the Newman programs do not have. Also, for my copedent, raising the 7th string a half tone and lowering the 9th string a half tone and 10th string a full tone.

I have "shared" (as Peterson calls it) my tunings with many.

You might like to try the SH9 tuning. Sid Hudson provided it and it blew my mind how good it is. It's also a sweetened E9th tuning but I think it sounds better than all the others. And there's one for C6th also.
