'Experimental' BJS bar Ti Al Nitrided $50

I bought this experimental bar with a money back gurantee but I wont be returning it. Looks like dark gumetal gray anodized aluminum, the picture is bright. It has a nitrided hard satin finish that appears to have some spalling. It has a definite, noticeable 'zing' to it that works fantastically on a couple of lap steels but doesnt suit my main guitars.
