Hi jolynyk, 5th fret, raise your 8th string a half tone and play strings 5, 6, 8 & 9.

Send me an email, and I'll send you a program that will help you fing chords and scale. It's a program called Guitar Map, developed by forom brother, Karlis Abolins. I use it, and it's a great program.

It's worth bearing in mind that the diminished 7th chord, being made up entirely of minor thirds, recurs every three frets; so what Dale describes at the 5th fret gives an equivalent chord at the 2nd, 8th, 11th etc.

This topic brings up a flaw in the Chord Map program, and it concerns the diminished 7 chord. When you ask for that chord, the flatted-flatted 7 is represented by only a flat 7. Something to keep in mind. There is a way that Karlis told me on how to change the intervals to make that chord correct. I haven't been able to get it to work, but I did in an older version. I'll look in my backups to see if I have a copy of the file.
