There are 4 pulls on string 4 = E [a 14-gauge plain string].
From the top to bottom at the changer we have
• lever raise E to F
• pedal 3 raise E to F# [C pedal using the Emmons
setup]
• pedal 5 raise E to F [a standard C6 raise, this is
a shortened universal, after sales factory setup
by Jeff Surratt]
• lever lowers E to Db
The issue is when pedal 5 and the E lower lever are both engaged. When pedal 5 is engaged it goes to F OK, but when the E [lower] lever is engaged, it is raises to marginally above Db [it should be F].

Some background. This week I did 2 things different. I put new strings on [Live Steel Strings, Nickel instead of Stainless; same gauges]; and I downloaded and applied Jody Cameron’s sweetened tuning for the StroboStomp. Neither should cause a problem.

But for the first time, I’m forced to correct a split tuning issue and its got me beat.

Thanks in advance.
