In the spirit of the season....

I started out to make a simple recording of Ghost Riders on Lap steel…
Of course I needed some acoustic guitar backing, and maybe some Telecaster licks- ok just a little keyboard and perhaps a few Pedal steel pads.
But then the track was just crying out for a different instrument taking the melody… what about a Bass solo? Then a Tele 8 part choir call and response
on the chorus, and of course some vocals at the end. Well 32 tracks and 10 hours later. I’m done. _________________ https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYG9cvwCPKuXpGofziPNieA/feed?activity_view=3 |

Dom.....That's a great rendition of the hit song Vaughn Monroe sang back in 1948.

Another outstanding example of your creative musical
talent. I don't know where it comes from.......but
you've obviously got it.
Thanks for sharing. |
