MIDI Guitar for iOS

I just started messing around with this last night, I had used it a while ago with Alchemy and Sample Tank, and Garage Band with plain guitar. I was curious how it would work wit pedal steel, and it has some potential. Neat to get a piano sound out of the PSG, and synth pads... and a trumpet...

I am using iRig (the original one) and there is some overtone issues, but it may be a case of dialing it in... It may be that I need to upgrade my interface..

Anyone else using/trying this as a synth?
