Route 66 Steel Guitar Show was a real success! The crowds were good and the talent was superb! I've heard many say it was their favorite steel show and you could tell there was a spirit of gladness and great fellowship! The array of food stuffs was equal to the appetite of a whole lot of people! If you like good ole pedal steel guitar music and you missed this year's show, I recommend that you plan to go next year! Clear your calendar so you can spend 3 days of a whole lot of fun and rest. Thanks a lot Lee and all the gang that made that show possible!

Didn't see it all but what I did see I enjoyed very much. Great players, great food, great fellowship. Hope to be back next year.

It was a wonderful show. Sure is nice to see the younger ones getting into this. The Hanley's had a wonderful service Sunday. (wish I lived close enough to Mike Magee for lesson's.)

I know I had a great time and I'm already looking forward to next year. I enjoyed playing guitar for a few sets too. Definitely one of my favorite shows. Thanks Ray, Lee, and everyone involved for having me there.

Thanks for letting me be part of a great show.

I agree that it was the biggest and best show I have been to in Baxter Springs.

This show is THE one with the friendliest show of um all.

All the players and fans are wonderful. Lots of great food and I recommend that when you go next year to bring larger set of cloths to this show because of all the great food.

Thanks to all involved

C-ya next year - Denise has already planed for next year and she is going let me go with her Smile

I want to give my thank you's and gratitude to Lee, Ray and Norma Jean, and all the Ladies in the kitchen, and That great back up band. Thank You.

Had a great time in "Justice Corner" as well.
Sold some wares and did a whole lot of visiting. Very Happy

I've made all but the first show, and I'm looking forward to the next one as well.

If you don't have a good time at this show, your "good timer" is broke. Laughing

Thank you everyone for your kind comments. We don't want to forget our vice president and one of the 4 original founding members, Douglas Hudson. He moved alot of equipement in 3 days. It is truly a group effort and God willing we will have number 14 next year the first weekend of October.
