This is a long overdue post about the incredible service that I received from the gang at Telonics.
As I was setting up for a gig in early August, I noticed that the blue LED light was not coming on and after switching plugs and power supplies I came to the conclusion that the pedal was not powering up. I manage to make it through the gig with an old Ernie Ball pot pedal.
Upon getting home, I was still unable to power up the pedal and I called Sophie at Telonics the following Monday and told her what was going on. She told me to send it back of course and the next thing she said was "If you need a pedal we will FedEx one to you until yours is repaired" I told her that her kind offer was not necessary given the turnaround time that she told me.
2 hours later I received a call from Dave Beatty telling me that he was sorry that the pedal had developed a problem but rest assured that it would be taken care. During the course of our conversation, Dave said that I should not be liable for postage either and gave me his FedEx number to return the pedal. I went ahead and sent it back and a couple of days later I got another call from Dave telling me that the pedal was working but the LED had gone out and could they keep it a couple of days longer to try to determine why it failed. I told him sure no problem.
A week later I got another call from Dave telling me that the pedal was ready to ship back, Not only did they repair it, but upgraded the pedal to the latest settings and when I received it, it looked like a brand new pedal.
Folks, that it the best example of first class customer service. They took care of me as though as I was the most important person on the planet. The pedal of course is fantastic. To offer this type of customer service is way above and beyond the call of duty.
Thanks Dave; you have a fan for life.

Telonics customer service is second to none. I've been using my Telonics pedal on the Garth tour for the past eight months. Haven't really needed much service as the pedal has worked flawlessly!

mine gave trouble about 2 years ago they fixed it
super fast and covered all the postage
cant beat telonics pedals or there service!
