My personal preference would be a Wallace, 'Truetone'. If your original pickup housing is in decent condition, it could be rewound by Jerry Wallace also. |

What David said. And get the optional tap. _________________ 2 pedal steels, a lapStrat, and an 8-string Dobro (and 3 ukes)
More amps than guitars, and not many effects |

Agree. Mr. Wallace is your man. I've got Wallace rewinds in both of my D-10 Sho-Buds. And True Tones in my Williams D-8. I love his pickups. _________________ To write with a broken pencil is pointless. |

Jerry no longer re-winds pickups. He just makes his True Tones.

But he'll make them to fit the Bud. A Truetone would still get my vote. _________________ 2 pedal steels, a lapStrat, and an 8-string Dobro (and 3 ukes)
