I'm and old 6 string player but new at pedal steel. Really pleased with my Mullen SD 10. I've been looking for a Nashville 112 new or used but can't find one. Someone suggested a Quilter Steelaire. I like what I read and I like the light weight. But what do you guys say? Can you compare the two please? |

It's apples & oranges brother Bruce.
One is more expensive, know what I mean. _________________ Just 'cause I look stupid, don't mean I'm not. |

There are many other options, and maybe some of the following are available at a local music store for you to try.
Roland Cube 80XL
Gk MB200
Carvin BX250
Quilter Tone Block, Mini 101 or Micro Pro
Any Fender tube amp (steelers usually like the Twin Reverb or a vintage Bassman)
In the more expensive range:
Milkman
FYD
Quilter Steelaire
Telonics
You will find a lot of discussions on all or most of these in the Forum; it's good to figure out what you need in terms of features; some of us FX pedals, other do double duty (steel and guitar or something else), some prefer 15" speakers, others 12", combos or heads with cabs, etc, etc. Weight and headroom are other factors to consider. Peavey is supposed to be coming out with a new pedal steel amp soon.
PS. Forgot Evans amps and the Webb 614-E |

I have no connection whatever with the seller, but if you're interested in a new one (Nashville 112), they have 7 of them for sale right now on eBay. |
