Has anyone tried the 75th Anniversary Epiphone electar century amp Reissue with a Vintage lap steel?
Such a great looking amp and 18 watts tube is all I need.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated?

This is a great little Epiphone amp:
I wonder if it isn't all of 5 watts.

I did play it with my Gidson archtop ES-125 and was very disappointed with the sound quality. I also have an Epiphone pre-war Zephyr laptop, but at the moment with a bad pick-up, so I took the Gibson to try it out.
Great looks, would have been a great looking team mate for my Epiphone but bad tone and a lot of hum. search the internet and you find more about the issues |
