Telonics speaker binding posts

What is the procedure for connecting the wires to the telonics speaker binding posts? I am not familiar with their type of post.

They are spring loaded. Push on the Red/Black post and the hole will reveal itself on the shaft.

Insert naked wire and take your finger off of the post.

There you have it.
