I would like to trade a nv400 for a peavey 112 as I get older the 400 keeps getting heavier. |

Joe..If a trade is not forthcoming, may I make a suggestion. A friend removed the stock BW 15" in his '400' and replaced it with the Eminence EPS-12C 12" neo speaker (the inserts to modify the baffle board are readily available from different sources) which brought his amp very close in weight to the '112'. (In case you are not aware, both amps are nearly identical in size with the exception of the '400' being slightly taller). The advantage of this conversion being that you retain the greater output of the 200 watt '400' as opposed to the 80 watts of the '112', lack of adequate headroom being a major complaint regarding these amps...Hope that this proves useful in some way.
Regards,
David |

If you could find one of the BW neo mag speakers it would lighten it up some as well. |
