Does anyone have a spare Peavey reverb cable? I gave a spare I had away a while back, and now I need one. If I could just get the Molex side, I could fabricate the wiring. The connector I need has 5 spaces, although only the outer 4 are used.
Thanks! |

I used to make these. The 5 pin Molex connector has been obsolete for years now. Occasionally I would find some and buil cables. Since I shut the shop and packed everything away I have access to my parts. I remember the pins where .090 inch, as best I can recall.
Hope this helps

Thank you Ken, (especially the dimensions!), I can't find the 5 pin connector anywhere! I think I'm gonna order a couple of 0.093 2 pin connectors, (the center open ought to allow it), and make the connection that way.
I'm sure it was a financial reason not to use RCA to RCA like everybody else! |

You are right on the .093 diameter. Been a while and I could not remember. |

Thanks again, Ken, I ordered from Jameco, as I also needed some more of the Burr Brown, (I guess now TI), chips. I'll post if the 2 conductor work in the space provided. |

Just an update, the 2 conductor connector will work, I did open the space between the terminals, as the spacing is a little wide.
Molex Recepticle 03-09-1027
Molex Terminal 02-09-1119
I also will caution to use insulated cable, as the input shield needs to be insulated from the chassis, (I didn't)!
