Surf music lives.
Here's a good sampler, with The Mermen, Aqua Velvets, Blue Stingrays, Langhorns, Atomic Mosquitos, The Astronauts and others.

You can't beat The Vanduras for surf pedal steel. If you don't listen to any of the others, you must hear The Big Hurt and others.
(That's the tune Toni Fisher did in the early sixties that sounded like it miked a cardboard tube for an effect.)

Excellent, dude!
Your drummer is a surfer at heart; he's digging it the most, good and hypnotic at stride, and the three are getting a fine sound.
Fantastic to hear someone keeping the the waves alive in Tennessee, and the Ventures tunes are great too.
Thanks for the live Mermen also, well worth hearing. |

I liked your group's surf medley very much Jamie. Great reserved playing! _________________ Fender Kingman, Sierra Crown D-10, Evans Amplifier, Soup Cube. |
