Just bought the CD, Live at Terminal West, thru Amazon.com for $4.99 plus shipping. Others for sale at $5.75. MP3 was 8.99. Looking forward to listening to it during drive time.

Interestingly enough on one of the youtube videos you can see him using a clear plastic slide commonly used by slide guitar players. He holds it like a steel and uses it like a steel but it's not a steel.
