Hey all,
Have an odd request here - I am doing some guerilla video projection work on the side, and have a gig coming up in Boston. I was wondering if there might be a steel player in the area who could come help me, would need about 4-5 hours of your time, pays $200 per night. Interested pickers can e-mail me and I can tell you about the gig. If I am going to sit in a minivan projecting an ad on the side of buildings in Boston I would prefer to hang out with a steel player and talk shop, listen to Buddy Emmons and Paul Franklin. Easiest gig you will ever do, I promise.
Only requirement is that you be able to lift a 150 pound flight case with a projector in it out of a van, and then lift the projector (with me of course) onto the roof of the minivan.
Look forward to seeing who responds!

There are no steel players who want to make an extra $600 next weekend?
Everybody super busy or independently wealthy?
Thought I might hear from somebody by now... |
