| This is really a cushy job---The members of the band are all older guys that have played country and western swing for years--there are no ego problems in this band at all!!!! No stars or want to be's--these guys just want a pretty good steel player to round out their band....If you are within driving distance of Longview, Texas this is a great gig...They are not expecting to hire a Nashville studio picker--just a seasoned picker who can play the good oldies and maybe "Panhandle Rag" or "Steel Guitar Rag" |

Larry sounds like fun,but it is a 130 miles for me but you have some GREAT players like Robbie Primm 30 miles away from you...Pay would be factor,all though us old guys would love a job like this...CM
