I need to replace the 500K pots in my Franklin volume pedal. The PEC brand doesn't seem to exist anymore. What are the Franklin players out there using? These PEC pots I need to replace are about 18 yr.old.

Thanks, Randy[/i]

I would get a couple pots from goodrich. Get the ones that are pre wired unless you a great with a soldering iron. They will last forever. The PEC pots don’t last very long. It’s worth the money to get the long life ones.

Randy,
I stock the pots that Goodrich puts in their pedals.

They are actually 479k, but no noticeable difference in sweep.

They do look different than the old PEC pots.

I stopped selling the Clarostat and PEC pots because of the over 50% failure rate "out of the box" and no warranty.

These new pots have been around a couple of years and probably less than 5% failure rate thus far.

let me know if i can be of service.

Regards,
Bill
