Has anybody had a hands-on experience with this instrument? Aside from the peripheral toys ie palm bender and sliding capo doo-dad, is it a noteworthy instrument? there is tons of stuff available about the Pomona, but this is a different animal. My wife will be out of the country for a few weeks, and I figure I can buy a new lap and hide it under the bed....only playing it when she's at the market....but for the same money I could get a nice clean rick or stringmaster....but this Fairtale is BEAUTIFUL.

Just in case you haven't seen this Fairytale demo by Martin Huch...I'm also interested in getting one.
