I came across this website recently

http://www.dunfrettin.com/index.html

with tabs and audio clips by Mick Deacy.

Does anyone know Mick? His tabs are wonderful - I've been really impressed with the accuracy and musicianship behind these. 'Close to You' - the Bacharach and David song covered by the Carpenters is a great example of his skill - beautiful. Not sure if he's British or American - has anyone any knowledge of him?

Nick, that is a great site I visited several times, a while ago. A good resource... Thanks for posting this and reminding me... I've worked on "Don't Get Around", but will try this version also. Cheers!

Mike said he was taking some time off pedal steel to pursue piano studies. I believe he is British.

His many tabs are indeed worth checking out. steve t
