That came from a Standel add. Those are Standel amps. I believe the photo is from The Riverside Rancho.

Is it Buddy Merrill? I've looked at a bunch of videos of Merrill from the 1950s to compare and see some similarities in the hairline.
The pic appears to be taken at the same location as this one, possibly on the same day, judging from Joaquin's shirt. The Roadrunner backdrop is different, but you can see the pic of Tex Williams (?) on the wall. This one was used as a Standel amp promo pic.
