First of all, let me say that Bobbe Seymour is one of the most professional players in the business. I like him, although I have not met him personally. I read his "Tips" religiously.

In his "Tips" message last week, he mentioned that he was sued by a "Dallas concern" for one million bucks.

He can't talk about it, I'm sure, but I was wondering if any of you know what's going on? What happened? Who's suing him and for what?

I've been out of touch, so forgive me if this was posted and I missed it.

Thanks,

bUd
