The Country Music Hall of Fame in Nashville, TN will be holding a free concert today @ 5PM Tuesday July 7th celebrating the release of their new two-disc CD "Dylan, Cash and the Nashville Cats: A New Music City," audio companion to the museum exhibit of the same name.
On the bill is Charlie Daniels, John Carter Cash and Ana Cristina, Julie Christensen, Radney Foster, Jeff Hanna, Jamie Hartford, Al Kooper, Kathy Mattea, Tracy Nelson, Michael Nesmith, Jason Ringenberg. The house band is Bill Lloyd’s Long Player’s band plus Nashville Cats Charlie McCoy, Mac Gayden, David Briggs and Norbert Putman. Pete Finney, co-curator the “Nashville Cats” exhibit, will be on steel guitar.
The stage is located at 222 5th Avenue South 2 blocks south of Broadway between the Hall of Fame and the Music City Convention Center.
The first 200 people to arrive will receive a commemorative Hatch Show Print poster.
If there is inclement weather, the concert will be moved inside to the museum's Event Hall.
