Here is another in the series of the GREATS from 1990.

Please excuse the error I made on the video date (in the video title).
It is actually 1990, not 1999.

This is the master Tom Brumley with his classic "Together Again".

This is fun, because you get to see the antics played out on stage. Oh these were the fun days.

Enjoy and please comment.

Bill

I’d like to know as well... I must’ve been asleep during that period... I can only remember ZB’s.

I honestly do not know how long Tom played an Emmons.

But I will check with Rolene Brumley. Maybe she can shed some light on this for us.

Everyone on stage has been a favorite of mine. I believe Tom Brumley is a favorite of Lloyd Green also.
Thanks for posting Bill.

Thanks Bill!...Keep em' coming!!! I think I was there when the Superjam happened...one of the rare times I wasn't working the road. Also, there was another superjam, maybe not then where the Super Pickers had to play Student model Guitars with three pedals and two knee levers. It proved that it's the player and not the Guitar! They all sounded like they were playing their professional model guitars.

If I remember correctly, I went to Scotty’s convention for the first time in 1998, and I live just outside St. Louis. Now I know what I had missed and I’m getting sore kicking myself. Thankfully we have Mr. Bill Ferguson to show us the memories that could have been, LOL!

Words just can’t describe how awesome these video clips are..... Thanks Bill!!

Thnx for sharing Bill. Obviously fun for the steelers & the audience. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Brumley at the CA State Fair many years ago when he was steelin' for Rick Nelson. Wished I had more free time to share with him then but had to get back to commitments. Tom graciously endorsed a LP record I had of his playing. I recall him saying "I don't play that style anymore."
