was just wanting to know if there is a steel player with them. Rickey and band are going to be in our town this summer. and I,am wondering who he might have with him on steel.

| I don't think there's steel with Ricky & Kentucky Thunder. They mainly play acoustic bluegrass songs. Before Ricky formed Kentucky Thunder, guys like Bruce Bouton and Terry Crisp played steel with him. |

No steel player but probably some of the best pickers ever. No slack in that band! Well worth going to see. You may want to buy a banjo afterwards.

thanks guys .some how I kind of thought that Brett that there was no steel player with them . and your right Lyle they are all awesome pickers is right and they will be well worth seeing. for sure. but I don't know about the banjo Lyle. although 4. maybe easey ,er than 10 come to think about it.

After listening to Ricky Skaggs I feel like selling everything I have with strings. But I always get over it
