Blonde (refinished) vintage Oct. of 1973, in Nashville TN Sho-Bud model #6140. Serial number #4310 matches on the cabinet and the endplate. Beautiful birds-eye maple. 3X4, rack and barrel. The Sho-Bud is in very good working order, and stays in tune well. It is set-up in the Emmons style copedant. Original pickup. When I got it here, from someone who hasn't been seen on the forum since, it was kind of a mess. Now, after some careful attention and the addition of a few good parts, it's a honey. Front legs are a little out of whack, apparently that's not unusual for these old girls. This guitar sounds great. The case it came in was also whack; described as an OHSC it is really a converted Maverick case. $1500 + shipping.

Thanks,Hugh, but I've got Dave Pearlman to thank for helping me on this. Dave is the man !! Pretty much all he plays are his three Pro-1s. He knows them inside/out. Peter Freiberger was helpful as well. Great guys to have as friends. And Dave is a monster on his steel.

This is a great guitar, I would have bought it if family stuff hadn't come up. Looks even better in person.
