Sid-

I have plans Saturday night, but being new to the NOVA area I'd love to come down and meet some of the other area players. Let me work on my schedule.

Sid,
Wish I had known earlier and I could have scheduled it in, as it is we have booked a show this Saturday night. You know I would have come, as the other show you had was great. Will miss seeing everyone, and tell those pretty ladies of yours hello for me. Hope you have a great time and I know you will "Steel" the show for sure.

Steel buddy,

Allen Howington

So give me heads up and i'll drive up.

I'm off the road gigs now with Marshall Tucker so I have some time.

Oh, and I'm sure there's a few licks you need me to show you! Very Happy Laughing Razz

Am I the only one who ended up at a gray stucco house near the end of a 1/2 mile long one-lane dirt road?

Way too much fun at Sid's yesterday. Excluding of course, sustained musical wounds. My woodshed will be seeing a lot of me, forthcoming, as Sid's pedal mashing expertise dictated a serious reality check.

I spoke to Sid's daughter yesterday, and she said that was the right location. She said the Jam was held at a little white building behind the gray house, that about 15 PSG players attended, and that they finished before 1:30 (which is about when I arrived).

Actually we played from 11:00 a.m. to about 3:30.

Prince George Pickin Parlor is a white house that we built in 1997 just for the purpose of music gatherings.

It is very comfortable with restroom, Central heat and air, built in sound system.

We hope you can come next time.
