Hi Friends,
It's with a heavy heart I'm informing you that Dick Cochran has passed away. He was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer less than 3 months ago.
Some of you will recall him from the various steel shows and jams hosted by Hummingbird music. He was a terrific player . He loved the steel guitar and supported every event and player to the best of his ability.
I will miss him as a player and helper but most of all as my friend. There would be no Hummingbird Music if not for Dick.
I wish I could have told him to say hi to Dad , Mom and the host of steel players that have gone on before. Somehow I think he knows. I can only imagine the reunion going on now.
Love and miss ya Dick. See ya soon.

I was very sad to learn of his passing. He was good friend and steel player. My condolence to his loving wife Nancy and the rest of Dick's family. I will miss him for sure. Rest in peace Dick. _________________ Performance D10, GFI Ultra S10, Peavey 112 amp, Hilton volumn pedal, Fender Strat, Tele, Fender twin amp. |
