This is one of my personal amps that I special ordered new from Peavey. Not real sure of the purchase year, but around the 2004/2005 era. It's lived most of it's life protected in a quality road case and never abused by rough treatment.

I've never heard that amp in person. How does it compare to the Nashville 112, 400, etc? |

Hi Jason, It's difficult to describe the tone difference in those three amplifiers without hearing them through the same brand of guitar, pick-up, and played in the same music venue. All three amplifiers are voiced for steel guitar and are very popular with road musicians and student players alike. This question is best presented over on the Electronics Page of the Forum. Sorry that I'm not much help. |

The Nashville 1000 is an absolute killer amp.
It has exactly the same preamp as a NV112.
The differences are:
15" Black Widow
300w digital power amp
Cabinet size.
I played one of these for years and could dial in exactly what I wanted.
And this is a CUSTOM design cabinet. NEAT
You would not go wrong with this one. _________________ AUTHORIZED George L's, Goodrich, Telonics and Peavey Dealer: I have 2 steels and several amps. My current rig of choice is 1993 Emmons LeGrande w/ 108 pups (Jack Strayhorn built for me), Goodrich OMNI Volume Pedal, George L's cables, Goodrich Baby Bloomer and Peavey Nashville 112. Can't get much sweeter. |

What are the weight & cabinet dimensions? Is that a neo-mag BW speaker? |

Bill, thanks for your comment.
Tony, It's a standard Nash-1000 cabinet but custom colors, grille material, etc. I replaced the original BW speaker and sold it when I bought the new Telonics speaker. My bathroom scales read 45 lbs with cover as pictured. |
