Just got my Part II Technique Exercises. William has loaded this part II with some great exercises. He has the video where when you purchase the exercise, you can go to You Tube and see him play and explain this exercises. You want have to guess what he doing. There's a TON of great stuff here to work on.
Doing these regularly really gets my muscle memory working and makes
learning other things much easier. I give this as much tome as anything else !

Totally agree, John. Working these up at first puts whatever you're working on into a much more smooth and efficient level. You have to stretch and warm up before you play ball. Also, a lot of these exercises can be worked into usable licks!
