I just really wanted to let everyone know about the great customer service that I have received from Mr. Butch Gardner of BJS Bars.
I ordered my second BJS Bar back in February to try another size bar.
A few weeks ago, I had a small issue with the bar and contacted Mr. Butch. I explained the issue and before he even saw the bar, or had me return it, he sent me out a brand spanking new bar WITH a postage paid, thick padded envelope to return the bar with the issue to him.
Now THAT'S what I call customer service!!!!! And his bars are TOP NOTCH too!!!!
