Well, no steel guitar of course but if you're anywhere near NYC next Tuesday night, this could be a fun gig. all the players are consummate pros.

Tuesday 7PM, May 19, The Sidney Bechet Society proudly presents:
A "SWEET & LOWDOWN REUNION" when the band from Woody Allen's Oscar nominated film reunite to create soundtrack-magic live on stage, playing Django Reinhardt inspired gypsy jazz of the 1930s.
An All-Star line up of : Howard Alden (guitar); Bucky Pizzarelli (guitar); Byron Stripling (trumpet); Ken Peplowski (reeds); Kelly Friesen (bass) & Ted Sommer (drums).

7:15 PM at New York's Symphony Space (Broadway at 95th St.)
