Try Mojotone.Replacing grillcloth is definitely in DIY territory.Probably the biggest problem you'll have is getting the baffle out of the cabinet,if yours is one of the later Vibros with the baffle glued in.

And try to get the "correct" grill cloth for your Fender amp, if possible. Some years were silver sparkle, or blue sparkle, or even some red mixed in.

I've got an amp's worth in the silver blue. I bought the cloth and it arrived after I sold the amp.

I suppose you could DIY , but every time I did, it looked a bit off. It's not that easy to get that Fender Grillcloth to look factory. I bet some of you out there have some tricks or tips, but mine looked a bit off. I've had better luck when covering baffle boards with other fabrics. If it was me, after looking at my previous attempts, I'd let someone else do it.

It's hardest to get the cloth straight... takes practice. Do one long edge first, then the other long edge, stretching all at once, not as you go... find someone to help stretch it, or work with some boards... the secret is in that first stretch. The next two short edges are not hard, don't go for lots of stretch there.
Definitely need to own a good staple gun, use 3/8" staples, 1/4" not enough IMO unless your baffle is particle board (perish the thought).

I agree with Stephen's comments and tips.

I'd say more regrilled Fender amps are done poorly than not. One can often spot a bad one from across the room. And it's not that the fabric's color or design isn't spot-on correct. It's that the fabric is either too loose or unevenly applied.

It's harder to do it correctly than one would guess. The secret's in the proper method of stretching the fabric during installation.

Rick Johnson sells an excellent video on applying tolex and installing grill cloth correctly. Sure wished I'd seen his video prior to my first couple cabinets. Considering if you put on grill cloth and don't like the results and have to buy the grill cloth a second time, you would have paid for the video.

Rodgers Amps is the way to go if you want it to have a vintage tint. You could just order the whole baffle from them and put it in yourself.

Second what Brett says. Rodgers is the closest match.
