Guys, I had every intention of getting this guitar but personal circumstances have prevented me from proceeding. I've spoken with Mel several times on the phone and he is as nice a guy as you could ask for. He purchased this Fessy from the original owner's daughter and its in excellent condition. He said he didn't realize it was a D-12 rather than a D-10 when he bought it last year as he didn't study the pics very well and the daughter didn't know the difference. But it is a fantastic deal on an excellent steel.

Jim Palenscar currently has the Fessy as Mel sent it to Jim to set it up. And as you all know Jim is one of the best around!!! Should circumstances change in the near future and its not sold I assure you this Fessy will be coming my way!

Rick, you may want to give Mel a call at the number he posted. I spoke with him this afternoon and he isn't very familiar with how the forum works regarding posts and PM's.

No Problem Rick! This was a bedroom guitar, not a gigging one and priced right. I think its a great deal.
