The Infamous Strindgdusters are one of my favorite bands, and in the link below is an interview with the band's two Andys - Hall on the resonator, and Falco on guitar.

Acoustic Guitar Magazine got together with the Andys prior to their show at the Fox Theater in Oakland last March. These guys are excellent, and this is a high quality video where you can check out Andy Hall's chops and his Meredith guitar.

Also some good comments as to why the entire band plugs in for their concerts, Hall uses the Fishman Nashville pickup setup.

One of the things I notice about the top dobro players is that when they are using a "floating" type of capo, I don't really notice any of the inevitable "tone death" that these capos impart to the guitar. It's as if they have figured out how to avoid it being relatively obvious. Andy plays a tune utilizing a Scheerhorn capo.

You can't have too many Andys.
