Mike, I had Ken do a, I guess it is called a "full mod", all I know is when he sent it back, he also sent all the parts he changed out.
There were a lot of caps, resistors, and thing-a me do"s in the baggie. I"ve never regretted having that done, my sound was so much better, especially the reverb.
I am sure you will love your new sound, even though you will probably have to change your settings on your amp a little, also Ken is a great guy to do business with. |

I really appreciate the post. It has been a few years since I quit amp mods and amp repair. Been thru a lot in my personal life. Finally getting all that in order again
My old shop and house will be on the market soon, due to my divorce Feb of 2014. Taking a long time to get all that settled.
I hope to have a small shop again soon for my own little projects. Who knows, I might do some more Nashville 400 full mods (the Intense Mod) in the future. There are still a lot of amps out there that I feel could benefit from the full mod and the servicing of the other parts that go along with the mod.
For now I still offer the chip mods and battery less mod kits on the website. I really can never tell everyone how much I appreciate the continuing support by the purchasing of the kits.
I do participate on the Forum when I can. I do avoid phone calls and emails concerning repairs mods and such. My personal life has been too intense in the last two years to handle much more than that.
I hope everyone understands and takes no offense.
Again, I appreciate the Forum and its members very much!
