From Nashville to Hollywood,California the big move is on me.A Big Hit and not the kind you would hear on the radio.I feel like am at a ISIS party and our Country is in a hand basket of who could " Be A Star " if you got " The Voice " to " Rising Star " with " America's Got Talent. I'll never leave New Orleans again with out my coonass papers, besides, they don't help me in anyway. I can't read,write,spell or add things up to all the common sense folks.UNO,Two & Three! No! Just Homeless and traveling. Am doing well Jerry. Rebuilding my life & the music business is hard for us old dogs who have more talent in one finger than most will ever get. Politics-Corp. with big money is the killer of our everyday common Musician who can't get any support from your local neighborhood loud mouths who have know power to stand up for what's right. I would bet 23% of us here on this forum are real everyday living life musicians for the art of it & the love of Real Traditional Country Music. We got every walk of life folks who are members in other fields in likes of doctors,lawyers,Law Enforcement and so on with the outside world who look is at us on this forum for,What? You and so many others should be in the History Book of keeping Real Traditional Country Music alive. Believe me,I like other styles,But,respect to truth is nobody cares who we are. Seems like the spiders of music is crist crossing the airwaves of nothing for the indie Bubble Gum Country little record companies to fit in with out the legal system of paying your cities public right aways. You need your educational paper works in your hand to prove you fit in that system of paying your dues that you buy your way in. I think it is all working it's own way in by just keep bitching about how the world done give a dame about you. Just think how many of " Icon Super Star " you have in your neighborhood,you are. The fire works are hitting the air and the Red,White & Blue shows is leading us into a free edition to receive that bourbon street love party.If that Steel Guitar helicopter mobs you,you are on the right strip. so let's toast the movement of getting all these " Drunk Americans " back on line. | Great thing about the RIP Charlie.I don't have to do anything with them. Who ever them self are running those program Country Radio Stations? Traditional Country Music is on the move for sure here in Hesperia at the " Whiskey Barrel Saloon " and in Southern California Every Sunday.Our Bakersfield family of Musicians are on board too!. It will never be what it was in the 60's/70's/80's ,but,it's History is alive with us who are alive still. You can't keep a old dog down til you kill it. The good thing about this kill thing is they are doing it to them self and we are beating them down. Action speaks louder the words. PIGEONS are flying well in the " CIT OF HOPE " and the America Racing Pigeons Union that is on Watch from Oklahoma City. I think the food Business Industry here in Southern California who knows me is working too!. My Cajun Country has New Orleans doors knocking that Harry Connick Jr.knows his Music History of roots.
