I have a Fender custom T8 with the trapezoid pickups and have been having an output problem with the forward neck. The tone on that neck is thinner and lower in volume. The first thing I did is check them with a meter but all three are reading around the same, at around 10k. Is there another issue causing this that I am not aware of? Any advice on this would be appreciated.

Have you looked down inside? Are they all looking about the same?

Fenders often use the metal plates as ground... you'll find a wire captive under the plate, just held by a staple... at least, this is the way Stringmasters are done. This is cheesey... any Stringmaster can be improved by replacing this ground scheme with proper grounding soldered to the back of a pot.

Also check your magnet polarity... I believe they're both supposed to be the same... if one got turned around it could be causing your problem.

The magnets over and around the bobbin may be weak.

Thanks for the input.
Everything checks out well, the pickups have the same output, They all appear to be the same and seem in good shape. I tried bypassing the switches with no luck. I finally have just switched my tunings around so that the heavest string gauge tuning is on the forward neck and that helps a bit; I had high C6th there before. It is somewhat better.
Quite a weird pickup design. If you haven't taken one apart I recommend it.

I had a similar thing happen with two of the pickups on my T8. I sent them all to Tim Brantley at rewindpickup.com and he brought them back to life. The guitar sounds great now! Quick turn around and fair price. Highly recommended.
