Hello,
I picked up an old shobud 6139 that I have been nursing back to health.. this guitar has 3 floor pedals and I noticed that there is some "space" between the pedals, or a small gap if you will, when I press down on the pedals especially "B" pedal the pedal moves slightly to the right if Im rocking on the pedals... any way to rectify the problem? Can the pedals even be removed? I thought maybe putting a washer in somewhere to narrow the space down between the pedals?
any help greatly appreciated,

Smitty, my pedals move/shift probably less than 1/16 of an inch. It's not hurting anything. I've been told these older guitars like a little slack and have seen how tough they play when everything is tight...might keep that in mind, if you're thinking of reducing any play on moving parts? _________________ “TONESNOB†|

The pedals come off easily. I'm working on a '73, and there are washers between the pedals. Back off the set screw and you can pull the axle.
