Continuation of my former post: The same box that I sent to SC a week ago with the 'Surf Tele' in it that cost $17.32 just cost me $65.15 to send it to Arizona. I printed the postage on line and it was $38.37 - when I got to the PO, I was informed it was "out of their zone" and hit with another $26.78 so it cost me $65.15 to send a 12 pound Priority box from FL to AZ! Any of you guys sending guitar boxes, I wouldn't trust the online post calculator or use Fedex. I sent a 70 pound steel to Nebraska via Fedex last week and it was less than $60.00. The world has gone MAD!! _________________ 2013 Brook Torridge, 2014 Martin 000-18, two homebrew Teles, Evans RE200 amp, Quilter 101R head, understanding wife of 45 years.
