Just received my new Curt Shoemaker CD in the mail and need to share with you. He continues to come up with some great songs, some unknown to me, and presents them in a very satisfying way.

This CD is entitled “ Wonderful Tonight” and digs into some Classics and as always has an original tune on it. This time his original is Amaris (Promised By God). Great number! He continues on with songs like Peaceful Easy Feeling, Apache, Never on Sunday, Rhythm of the Rain, I Love How You Love Me, Here There and Everywhere, The White Rose of Athens, and Even Now.
He plays some really nice chord structure on the bridge of I Can’t Stop Loving You and has a great presentation of the old Ted Daffan song Born to Lose.

If you want some really great ”Easy Listening” Steel music this is a Do Not Miss CD.

Ray, I like anything by Curt. His style is just right for the song. I have seen Curt play on several occasions and I was truly impressed with how he interprets a melody.

Shoe is a melodic player with a lot to say. Smile
