beautiful Desert Rose with 8+5, and George L EON pickups...this guitar was owned by Gary Morse, a great Nashville session musician, this guitar can be heard on many hits that came from Nashville studios from Sara Evans to Dierks Bentley and many others...this is the very first guitar Chuck and Gary worked on together, it is a prototype and it doesn't even have a serial number...this was Gary's studio guitar, and was on the stage maybe 3 times...I just got this beauty in, and I will post some more pictures later on, if it doesn't sell by then...this is definitely one of those guitars I would love to be able to keep at my house...for sure

reduced to $2950 to compensate for the small formica repair,if I keep it I'll just remove the mica completely and polish the pedal rack...

My stars, Damir, I must avoid looking at the steels you have listed; it's hurting too much being unable to buy them. I intend to ask b0b to ban you from The Forum for creating such pain and misery. stevet

my friend, thank you, but trust me, it hurts even more to have to sell it... Sad if I only could, I would keep them all

I've never heard this one, but I played with Gary a couple of times when he was playing his SD 10 Desert Rose. That was 7 years ago and it still sticks in my mind as one of my favorite sounding steels I've ever heard, so its likely that this is even better than that. If it's coming from Gary, there aren't any issues with it. It's very tempting, but I'm building a house. This will make someone a very happy camper.

Webb, this was Gary's main session guitar, and can be heard on many top 40 songs from Sara Evans to Dirks Bentley...wonderful instrument

Hello Damir,
That is one beautiful steel that you have there. I know that comments from financially challenged members on for sale items may, or may not be welcome, but I would like to say that I look at your steel daily. If I had the money, I would buy the one that you have for sale in a heartbeat.
Did I mention how beautiful the Desert Rose is?
Duncan
