Kenny, that was so nice I don’t know where to start... that is such a cool song, I wish I had a track for it... Funny that while I was at work last night, I was playing Youtube stuff in the background and Arnett Mills came on playing this song...of course I had to stop what I was doing and watch what Arnett was doing and then add him to a playlist... You did a wonderful job on it, beautiful tone and intonation, and you look so relaxed...the sound really recorded nicely...Thanks and I hope you’ll be sharing some more of your great playing... Very Happy Smile Very Happy

I won't mention this again Kenny, but, I haven't heard a fast one from ya in ages. Has Kenny mellowed a slight? Smile Regardless of said inquiry, well done!

Well there Gary Lee, you are right!
I'm getting old and slow! Laughing Whoa!

However, I'm "Steel" speeding so i'll post one maybe over the weekend. Have not stuck anything out here in a long time. Winking

I will say that in this clip, playing the tune was not the task! Playing without string zip was the focus! I have been getting a little sloppy and I was hearing when I record my picks touching the string while it was ringing! Very nasty sound and I have spent many years working on that and had it where you never heard it. It has creep back in and I have about rid my self of it again as you hear in this clip.
Tommy White and Buddy Emmons are masters at this!
I have spent my entire steel life making this the top priority!

Why? I'm not sure but mainly because it drives me crazy much less the fact that I hope to play one note as smooth as Buddy Emmons and Tommy White!

So there ya go! Very Happy Whoa!
