Gotta love how the pedal rods are stretched across the knee levers, reaching to the far apron.

It's obviously been converted to left handed. The mechanics have been modified to where the back is now the front. Might be a good idea to relocate the logo to complete the job.

I've done this with a couple of Emmons Student models and one D-10 Dekley.

It's not all that difficult, and eases the pain of having builders over-priced quotes or ones who can't even mentally conceive how to build a left handed guitar.

The only factory built lefties I've had were just so-so tonewise, but the ones that were changed over were great sounding as right handed to start with.

I don't think so. Looks to me like they just put the front legs in the rear and vice versa, put the pedals on upside down, and the rods are just propped up so it sort of looks like they think it should. My guess is the pawn shop got the thing in its case, wanted to take a picture, and just did not know how it should be set up.

Maybe it is just a case of bad setup. The angle of the pedal rods does look wrong.
Would have helped to have seen a photo of the undercarriage.

Nonetheless a left hand conversion would look like that with the seating position being at the front of the guitar. Only a limited number of guitar models are suitable for conversion this way. Would need to see the undercarriage of this brand to know if this is one of them.

Don't forget the pedal rods, Ga… To me, it simply appears to be assembled wrong - something one occasionally sees on ebay when the ex sells something off for revenge... Shocked Laughing

Is it usual for a lefty setup to have the pedals on the right? Question
