See this thread for discussion of this instrument I picked up last weekend.

This is the first time ever "flipping" a guitar, but I saw it for way under market price in a retail store and jumped on it. Original owner made money, store made money, and hopefully now I can make a few bucks to put down a deposit for a Clinesmith D-8. Larger-than-usual forum donation to follow sale since I relied on forumite advice before pulling the trigger on this.

It plays nice. All the changes are in tune. Only thing to disclose is a little bit of "gunk" on the pedals that could maybe use some cleaning. It's cosmetically beautiful and stage-ready, and the cell phone pictures here don't do it justice. (Damir, can you come to WI and snap some?) Here's the setup:

Pedals = Emmons
LKL raise 4 8
LKR raise 1 7
RKL lower 4 8
RKR lower 2 w/ half stop

Here are some more photos. Cool blue case in great shape.

$1900 + shipping obo. No trades. Will consider offers, but serious inquiries only. I'll throw in a couple big ol' bullet bars and packs of strings to keep it sounding fresh. FCFS -- will attempt to promptly reach deals with people in the order they message, and then move on down the line.

That instrument should sell before I've finished typing this. If I didn't have two push-pulls already, I would be on this one faster than a hungry horsefly on a fresh cowpie.

Hope you don't someday regret giving that one up, Adam, but I can totally appreciate the motivation to order a new D-8 Clinesmith.

That guitar is bound to make someone very, very happy. Good luck with your sale.

Well thanks. I guess I was happy to get in and get out as I don't have a million bucks and I'm not really in the business of flipping guitars. Smile
