... from the Non-Pedal Room Video thread on Steel Without Pedals... basically, yes, it's like A/B down. The guitars are tuned to open E low bass 151351... lever down takes it to the IV form, with E (5) still on the bottom... so in A, 535135, low to hi... closer to dobro normal with lever down. The two-lever models (non-dobro only, I think) have a second, outside lever that drops the 4th string 1 step for dom7... I don't think playing with both levers down is an option, but never say never!
