Hi guys,
Those of you with good memories may recall I had this up for sale here a couple of years ago. It wound up going to a guy whose band I sometimes sit in with. He traded it back last month and so I'm going to give it another try here before heading elsewhere. It is a 1955 Jet model, in great shape with the original case. When I got it, the legs were loose (I think it originally sold with a second case or a bag for just the legs since they don't fit in the case with the steel) so I turned up a pedal steel bag for those which is of course a bit long but better than nothing. One volume knob was actually gold but the plating has mostly worn off so it matches the others. There's no tone knob as the third knob (with the pointer) is actually the selector. And the pickups, which look like humbuckers, are actually single coils and original to the guitar.
Nice original case in good shape. I'm wanting $595 plus $30 shipping (shipping is probably low but I'm OK with that) by Fedex ground in the CONUS; elsewhere email for a quote. I'm including a 2013 appraisal, of $800, by Gruhn's Guitars. Fastest to email me at jkally3ATgmailDOTcom as I don't always get to my PMs right away. Thanks!
